Just got back from Batman Live, and it was pretty good! I knew going in it was aimed towards kids, but I still had a fun time and there were some good laughs in there. It was nice sitting in my usual seat eating my food before the show. I couldn't fight the urge to play our fog horn and goal song from my phone though. It really sunk in how depressing it will be without Sharks hockey. Sign a new CBA dammit!
Very cool. The shuttle and its escort went right over my backyard on the way to Vandenberg AFB. I could see the shuttle on its approach and when it was leaving. Caught a good glimpse of the underside of the 747 as well

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out this morning. A long time fear of mine. Not as bad as I thought. I barely remember it happening.
I had one removed last year and it was completely upside down in my jaw. Dentist had never seen anything like it, even asked if he could show my xrays at some conference. He had to cut it apart, remove it, and then carve out a fairly large section of the jaw below it that was infected. It's all healed up now though, and was nowhere near as bad as it sounds. He gave me Percocet but I never even took one (I don't like strong drugs). Oddly, because of it being upside down it made it way safer, very little risk of breaking the nerve down there.
Just got back from Batman Live, and it was pretty good! I knew going in it was aimed towards kids, but I still had a fun time and there were some good laughs in there. I thought it was pretty good too. Definitely aimed towards kids, but it wasn't bad (something you should watch once, but only once). If they're giving away any other tickets at HP Pavilion for STHs, don't hesitate to let me know.
I'm surprised that there isn't any iphone 5 talk here. I bought 3 of them yesterday. Surprised my teenagers with a nice phone upgrade. The web browsing is very fast. I love it.
On Vodka. I don't understand why so many people like Goose. Regardless of price, it's one of my least favorite brands. If I'm drinking vodka on the rocks, I use Ciroc. It's clean and tastes good. If I'm mixing with something like juice, I just use Stoli or Absolut. I just don't see the point in spending extra money if you aren't going to be able to taste the difference.

Hate both. Absolut isn't bad actually. Hate Goose, Ketel, Chopin (and all potato vodkas) and Russian Standard. Don't understand how people drink that sand paper. Then again, if you mix, it don't matter.

Even though my current phone has a noticeable but manageable crack in the screen, I still have about a month on my contract. I'm still thinking about waiting until next year but I need more storage than my current 32GB phone.
