Kiniseo Tape

I know it's a popular thing among some professional athletes, but has anyone tried this stuff? I saw many different applications and was wondering how it'd work for hockey.

I sent away for my free sample from Spidertech.com. I'll let you know once it's arrived.

I bought a roll of Rocktape and found it to be helpful with a minor foot sprain while playing hockey. I like the fact that it's very thin (virtually does not take up any volume in my skate), works better than standard sports tape (it stretches one way, but not the other), peels off fairly easily and you can wear it for up to 5 days. They have a lot of of useful videos on their website to assist one in the proper use of the tape. A big shout out to the Santa Cruz Derby Girls for spreading the word about this great product.

I have been using K Tape for a few years now on my knee. To me, I can get it way snugger then a knee brace.
