I'm going to go with Buffalo on this one. I think it will be relatively close between #6-#11 or so this year, but I see Buffalo being on the ice rather than the golf course at the start of the playoffs.

Going to go Tampa here. They arent as good as almost-SCF 2 years ago and they aren't as bad as last year, but I think firming up their goaltender situation gets them back to the playoffs.

Ottawa

though I'm not counting on huge seasons offensively out of some of their guys that produced a lot last year. But I think they have the depth and the defense to remain a threat (actually I think they could take that division if Boston falters post-Thomas)

I flip flopped between Florida and Tampa, but I think Florida might have a slight edge here.

I'm going Buffalo as well. I think they REALLY did themselves a favor by picking Grigs and Girgs in the draft. My guess is one of them will make the team, as Grigs just needs to put on a little more muscle and by my understanding Girgs is fairly NHL-ready as well (and both are under contract). This means they'll have no true #1 center, but they never really had that anyway in Roy, and between Hodgson, Ennis, Grigorenko, Girgensons, and Ott, they will be VERY good down the middle. Basically, I'm looking at their NHL 30-in-30 projected lineup, and adding one of Grigs or Girgs to the mix. They're gonna be good, not to mention their pretty solid D and ability to add more firepower when they decide to trade Enroth.

I'm going to go with Montreal because Carey Price.

But wait I forgot they have T. Kaberlol for an entire season. Can I take my vote back?

Don't forget he plays in a real hockey market with real fans now. Maybe he'll try.

What would you vote instead of Montreal?

Probably Buffalo. They had a pretty strong second half and I don't see any reason why they won't be a playoff team with their lineup.

I'll also be leaving this thread up one more day until we hopefully get a clear-cut winner between Buffalo, Tampa, and Ottawa...otherwise I'll throw all three in a tiebreaker poll.

I'm going to disagree with you, instead choosing to pick Muffler Salesman.
