I'm bored and I feel like the year will be equally as boring. Sigh.

I seriously hope NOT. If his salary demands are even close to accurate, I would not see any need for him a 35 for 4 years and $$$$. I'd give him 2 year $10 million tops .... and demote Gomez to the NHL. Let him go to Vancouver and mentor Kassian for 7.5/year!

It will be a very long and boring season. Hopefully moen, white, armstrong and white can provid us some entertainement we've been craving for years...

Of course not. Very few Habs fans would be pleased.

Well, it probably will help Doan raise his own salary when he signs for someone else.

lol, I hope not. If we have to depend on Moen, White and Armstrong for entertainment, it's gonna be a long year.

Doan isn't getting more than the Sedins in Vancouver. If he wants to play there, it will be for less than 6M$ per.

He's probably just using the habs like Hull, Shanahan and Sundin before him. Why would he come play in MTL, I just don't see what can entice him to join this club.

Only thing Habs can offer is he'll have quality linemates since he'll be slotted to start alongside Plekanec-Gionta. They certainly won't offer him more than 2 year contract, altho they prolly would go up to 6 million per year (Assuming Gomez to minors).

Yeah. I mean, who wants to see Cole and Pacioretty score goals??? Price is making great saves? BORING. PK just rushed the puck up the ice like only he can? Who cares...

No surprise, he wants to win. There was never any real chance he would come to the Habs.

Those are three fine choices. All three are contenders.

No need for another contract like Gomez has to suffer through for that organization.
