Awesome!

Mark Howe is without a doubt the most underrated D-man in the History of the sport (Well maybe Brad Park was but that doesn't fit my narrative)...I loved him

Yeah. Peer Pressure is powerful....It's not only for kids like people make it out to be.... neighborhoods and societies are basically built on it.

That doesn't sound crazy at all. The first time I tried a cigarette, I was shocked at just how many kids my age smoked.

Peer pressure really sucks. Even when you convince yourself that you're not going to follow the crowd and succumb to the same stupid **** they're doing, **** just happens...

We've been having a lot of problems with Adobe. Had to rollback to a previous version because it was bogging down some of my apps so heavily.

I will be glad when people stop using the word "retard" to describe stupid people or stupid actions. It is very demeaning and hurtful to kids and adults with disabilities.
I do understand why it is used, though. Same as when I was younger, we used the words "f*g" and "gay" all the time. "That's so gay, you're such a f*g."
And it had no homosexual overtones at all, it was just the parlance of the times.

Send 1 ton of the most sophisticated scientific set of instruments ever created over 350 million miles away and then go through the atmospheric stresses to successfully touch down within 60 seconds of an 8-month mission plan?

I think it deserves more than just a celebration.

I remember vividly back in 8th grade how I wasn't going to do any of these things that the D.A.R.E program spoke of. Then Freshman year rolled around.....

There was a lot of human effort in the whole process. I would celebrate like crazy if I were part of that team. Historic event.

I rememeber in 8th grade something similar to DARE ran by the Police... they came in and made us sign a pledge to not start smoking... They actually gave us buttons to wear with a crossed out cigarette

I signed it and felt conflicted what to do about the joint in my bookbag.

But we all passed the joint around around after school wearing our NO SMOKING buttons and got a good laugh.

I've never smoked a cigaratte in my life, too many family members do who can't kick the habit and it's sad. I've only had a couple of cigars in my life, but nothing other than that.
