Boring games is probably the reason. Not much excitement. Not much hitting etc etc.

It's like watching a aaa team.

the darkest of dark magics. Crafted in the fires of hell from the tormented souls of departed baseball players by only the most vile and irredeemable baseball-hating demons who have fashioned their new weapon with the single goal of obliterating tradition and turning a fine sport and domain of manly men into a refuge for nerds and their wicked soulless computers who will boil the artistry of the game down to cold, logical data with no remorse for the fabric of the american pastime that is left tattered in their wake.

Or so we're told by their detractors.

Not to mention I believe they said earlier in the game that if I remember correctly they said in the season series so far there's been a combined 7 runs scored. They have low scoring games. Also yes half our team is from AAA and the guy currently pitching is from AA.

Every once and a while he stops missing all those pitches in the strike zone and looks like a solid 2B who can take walks and occasionally mash.

and then that falls apart and we're back to square one.

What tonight's game tells me is that Shields is really good against a Triple A line-up.

He's such a frustrating guy to watch. He just seems to go up to strike out sometimes. I can't think of anyone that has as many 3 pitch strike outs like KJ. When he's off he's way off.

I like to see the Jays go after Ben Zobrist this offseason. Switch hitting on base machine who can play multiple positions but to me would be the Jays 2B next year.

I know the Rays need catching what about a deal around JPA and Zobrist with other parts involved

Rays have some starting depth and maybe the jays can part with outfield depth

The empty half of the glass depresses me though. That balances it out.

No need to go on the attack. Just thought I would post it if anyone is interested.

I was flipping back and forth because of the wife so I couldn't give an honest assessment.
