Canes face tough lineup choices, especially with Checkers callups. They have been very impressed with Sanguinetti's play this season.
For real. The crying by the Penguins fans on here was funny as ****. I still don't understand how the Islanders got fined and Bylsma didn't. Oh wait, I do get it, it's because they're the Penguins.

The Islanders were the clear **** disturbers that game. Watching Gillies taunt the injured Penguin was one of the most disgraceful things I've seen in hockey.

Who gives a ****? Nothing they did warranted a fine. And if that Gillies taunt is what caused the fine, how come the Penguins didn't get fined when Asham did his taunt last year?
Can't tell me Quebec, Regina, Halifax wouldn't be doing better than this.
I bet even Anchorage would draw and generate lots more than Phoenix or Florida as well. The 1st professional sports team in Alaska. Could be a huge thing there - honestly.A bit messy with the travel - 3 hours flight to Vancouver - but still... The Anchorage Grizzlies!
It’s a question on the tip of a few tongues around Winnipeg this week. All but four members of the Jets have returned to Winnipeg to skate informally with their teammates, but Evander Kane isn’t one of them.
While I agree that fans have every right to know if one of their star players is at camp or not, the media need to scale it back a bit in Winnipeg and leave the kid alone, because at some point he will ask out.

What Asham did was extremely classless. He taunted an injured player. That's the next worst thing than intentionally injuring a player.

It's not that he's not at camp, he is. They were wondering why he wasn't skating informally with the team three days before camp. As the article says:
Florida Panthers: season tix start at $7 per game. Get free parking and jersey. Don't have to commit to next season.
But according to their arena lease deal they must be profitable right?

So what you're saying is that it's okay for only the Islanders to get fined because one of their players intentionally injured a player? How about the other teams?
Nothing is ever going to change my mind to think that they deserved the fine. ESPECIALLY since it clearly says in the rules that a coach should get fined $10,000 if a player on their team leaves the bench during a fight. Bylsma wasn't fined.

Remember the whole ordeal last season with Torts and the Penguins after the Orpik hit on Stepan?
That was a lot of fun arguing with Pens fans about. They just seem so brainwashed. They are quickly climbing up the ladder of my most hated divisional rival. God forbid anyone say a bad word about them. The absolute ****** by the Flyers in the playoffs brought them back down to Earth a bit.
