So what options would the Rampage have if said players don't start playing the way they're supposed to be playing and how much does the NHL lockout affect what AHL teams can or can't do, if it even does at all?
Mostly, the lockout allowed other teams to bring in a bunch of NHL ringers while Rampage received... nothing.
What the team really needs is consistency. Two weeks ago we beat both Abbotsford and OKC twice, and in back to back games. Something just clicked and we had four lines that all actually worked. Then it all just fell to pieces again with the day game in Houston.

On the Wild board, they have highlights of the Rampage/Aeros game last night.
Rampage won 2-1 in OT led by some AMAZING saves by DGM.
They lost on Friday to OKC, 3-2 in a shootout. Apparently, Markstrom was really good in that game too, though. No highlights but 42 saves, and Edmonton fans had a lot of good things to say about him on their board.

Yep, I read some of the Edmonton comments too. And tonight while listening to the Rampage game on the radio Markstrom has picked up right where he left off.
So Dan Weiss said on his twitter that Weber seems to think that Guds might not be AHL eligible because his injury was non-hockey related. If this is the case, that sux (if lockout continues of course).
Rampage win tonight 3-0, Marky's 3rd shutout of the season. Dan Weiss' twitter says that he has stopped 117 of the last 121 shots he's faced in his last 3 starts.

Yeah, something about him not being sent down with the others (at the time when the Panthers waived players to send them down) because that injury happened. I asked Dan if he could confirm anything and he said he hadn't and that he was going off of what Weber said in his interview. We'll see.
What have the lines been looking like so far? Looks like we got a bunch of Centers, I'm sure some are playing wing, really. Just curious if there has been chemistry and regular linemates thus far.

Weber likes to switch up lines according to opposition and gameplay but this has been the usual:
