earlier today i played the rags. hossa got hurt in the game, but i won 4-1. my game froze trying to load the screen after the game, so i just turned it off. i got back on a minute ago to find that hossa is injured but it didn't give me my win, and instead still has a game against nyr on my schedule.
this game is literally something i would flush down the toilet if i hadn't spent 60 dollars on it.

maybe it's not fun to have humans beat up on your cpu team that doesn't stand a chance. maybe they would rather just let the games sim and actually win a couple of games instead of going 0-82.
from the time i turned my team off of cpu enabled games to now, i have risen 9 spots in the conference standings. that's not on accident.

yea that's true but eventually people will stop logging in to play if they start to see a trend between people being inactive and not setting their cpu during that time. by the end of the month we're looking at a league of 30 teams with maybe 5 active people who still log in regularly to play and manage while 80% of the league just gets simmed. just sucks.

Not sure if my team was one of the ones on your schedule that you're referring to, but I sign in when I have games I'm able to play. If I ever have an incomplete lineup its because I get 30 new injuries every sim. That, and I would rather not have people beating up on the CPU against my team, so I don't have the incentive to make that happen either. Would rather keep an incomplete lineup until I'm on to play.
i just wish there was some kind of setting that would automatically set the cpu on maybe the last day of that simulation week or something like that.
I would be pretty damn pissed if such a setting existed. I wasn't on my ps3 (or even my pc) for the last 3 days because I've just been that busy with working and other things going on. I would be pretty damn angry if someone could beat me 5-0 because of that. Maybe I could have found a time to be on for half an hour here or there during the span, but had little incentive too with no one making any effort to reach out about scheduling a time. And for those that have, sometimes we just couldn't work it out. I've gone back and forth with Anaheim to get a number of our games in. Our schedules just never lined up. I would be pretty pissed if he snuck it in and beat up my cpu on the last day, and I'm sure he would have been pissed if I did the same to him. No reason it should be that way.
