QB - Josh Freeman
WR - Victor Cruz
WR - Roddy White
WR - Santonio Holmes
RB - Ray Rice
RB - Willis McGahee
TE - Brent Celek
W/R/T - Peyton Hillis

--bench--
TE - Fred Davis
RB - David Wilson
WR - Nate Burleson
WR - Santana Moss
QB - Mark Sanchez
WR - Rueben Randle

My 3rd WR spot will most likely be a turnstile all season long. Who looks like the best fit? I'm not very familiar with the receivers after Cruz/White. Cheers.
I think you took Freeman too early

My last draft, 14 teamer:

Phillip Rivers
MJD
Adrian Peterson
Darren Sproles
Vincent Jackson
Justin Blackmon/Titus Young/Kenny Britt
Vernon Davis
Seattle

Tolbert
Mendenhall
Greg Little
Jonathan Dwyer
Kendall Wright
Vincent Brown (deep sleeper)

Tons of potential, weak at wide receiver if it doesn't come to fruition.

drafted this team yesterday....12 team league with PPR worth .5 and throwing TDs worth 4 points....everything else is pretty standard

QB: Brees
WR: Antonio Brown
WR: Desean Jackson
RB: Trent Richardson
RB: Demarco Murray
TE: Vernon Davis
W/R/T: Malcolm Floyd
Defense - New England
K: Alex Henery

BENCH:
Donald Brown
Mike Williams (Tampa)
Santonio Holmes

Ryan Fitzpatrick
Austin Collie

honestly not too sure how i feel about this team....looks like it may be "boom or bust" I stocked up on WRs in hopes that I could trade one for some RB help which I feel I might need

any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

You are aware that Brown is out about another 7 weeks at the minimum with a fractured ankle?

We have an IR slot and we have 2 FA spots that weren't a draft thing.

Flex: Decker
TE: Davis
D/ST: Bills

10-team, .5PPR. Hate not taking a RB first, but just felt like it was a safer play, and also absolutely did not wanna get stuck with a Cutler/Schaub as my starter. Not thrilled with this one, but we'll see how it goes.

QB - Aaron Rodgers (1)
RB - Ryan Mathews (20)
RB - Trent Richardson (21)
WR - Dez Bryant (41)
WR - Torrey Smith (60)
TE - Aaron Hernandez (40)
Flex - Stevan Ridley - (61)
K - Jason Hanson (160)
DEF - Lions (141)

BN - Michael Bush (80)
BN - Mikel Leshoure (81)
BN - Jacquizz Rodgers (101)
BN - Darrius Heyward-Bey (100)
BN - Brandon LaFell (140)
BN - Greg Olsen (120)
BN - Matt Schaub (121)
BN - Jets (161)

WR: S. Smith, M. Colston, S. Holmes, M. Floyd, D. Jackson
TE: F. Davis
K: M. Prater
DEF: NYJ

Thoughts? Take it easy, I'm a noob

Team's solid. I'd keep an eye on Dwyer as he may have overtaken Redman. And I'm not really a fan of carrying 2 defenses, so I'd probably drop the Chiefs for someone.

I don't love your RB situation unfortunately, and Fred Davis is a bottom tier TE in a 10-teamer. Cam and Schaub is a solid tandem. I like TRich a lot this year, and McGahee could definitely be productive if he stays healthy. Starks and Best can both be dropped IMO so I'd see what RBs might be available. You're gonna find having a fantasy team makes games a lot more interesting.

My last draft, went a little off the board with it. Don't like my WRs much but I'm pretty happy elsewhere.

1. (7) Drew Brees QB
2. (14) Jamaal Charles RB
3. (27) Andre Johnson WR
4. (34) Wes Welker WR
5. (47) Darren Sproles RB
6. (54) Aaron Hernandez TE
7. (67) Philip Rivers QB
8. (74) Reggie Wayne WR
9. (87) Detroit DEF
10. (94) BenJarvus Green-Ellis RB
11. (107) Anquan Boldin WR
12. (114) Justin Blackmon WR
13. (127) Kendall Wright WR
14. (134) Coby Fleener TE
15. (147) Beanie Wells RB
16. (154) Justin Tucker K - dropped today for Garrett Hartley

Deep league (all backup RBs are typically picked). Picked 10th out of 12.

QB: Peyton Manning
WR: Wes Welker
WR: Vincent Jackson
RB: Chris Johnson
RB: Maurice Jones-Drew
TE: Aaron Hernadez
Flex: Reggie Wayne
K: Robbie Gould
DEF: NY Giants
D: Von Miller

Bench:

Evan Royster
Greg Little
David Wilson
Sidney Rice
Josh Freeman
Daniel Thomas
Dallas Clark

I'm pretty happy with it. Has the potential to be a real home run. It would be nice if Royster impresses (unlikely) or Wilson fills in long term for an injured Bradshaw because I hate starting WRs in my flex spot. But Reggie Wayne is currently my best available there.

Thanks for the input. I figured my RB was my weak point. It will make the games more interesting forsure, kind of the reason I did it, was to help me get into the NFL a little more. Should be fun.

Auction Draft ($200), 4 Keepers (Ryan/$28, MJD/$54, Nelson/$1, Gronkowski/$1)

QB Matt Ryan, Atl QB $28
RB Maurice Jones-Drew, Jac RB $54
RB Chris Johnson, Ten RB $50
WR Jordy Nelson, GB WR $1
WR Andre Johnson, Hou WR $32
TE Rob Gronkowski, NE TE $1
D/ST Steelers D/ST D/ST $4
K Sebastian Janikowski, Oak K $1
Bench Lance Moore, NO WR $1
Bench Steve Smith, Car WR $9
Bench Willis McGahee, Den RB $14
Bench Rashard Mendenhall, Pit RB $1
Bench Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buf QB $1
Bench Jacob Tamme, Den TE $1
Bench Michael Bush, Chi RB $1

The league I'm in has reduced points for QB's, so I'm not too concerned about Ryan and Fitzpatrick. Mendenhall was taken under the assumption that I could IR him immediately, but for some reason he hasn't been ruled out of week 1 yet, so that plan went to hell.

Looking for a bit of advice.. 10 team ppr. Only my second year playing. I think i did pretty good. I drafted 7th out of 10.

QB: Tom Brady
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Antonio Brown
RB: Matt Forte
RB: Jamaal Charles
TE: Vernon Davis
K: Matt Prater
DST: Ravens

Bench:
RB: Frank Gore
WR: Stevie Johnson
QB: RG III
WR: DeSean Jackson
RB: Beanie Wellls
WR: Torrey Smith
TE: Greg Olsen

I was happy to quickly get an elite QB and RB in Brady and Forte, and if Forte returns to form in my PPR league i think I'll do OK. I'm praying Jamaal Charles bounces back after his injury, if he breaks out like he could potentially could be huge for me.

I could have gotten a guy like Cutler, Schaub or Flacco but I figured I'd try to shoot for the moon if RG III has a Newton like rookie season.

I'm drafting 3rd in another 10 league team in the next couple days and i know the 1st two picks will be Foster and Rodgers. I'm leaning towards picking Ray Rice but again I'm a bit of a rookie so I'm not too sure.

Yeah I think seeing Cutler as your starter is probably what's doing it to you. Can't say I disagree as he's like the 12-14th best QB. The rest of your team is fine, and it looks like you took them about where they typically go. I really would've liked to see you get David Wilson instead of a guy like Boldin, but you should be ok.

Forte and Charles are great in a PPR, Brady should be the 2nd best QB this year, and I see Julio having a huge year. I think Brown will have a very good year as well. The receivers on your bench are phenomenal. In that you don't play a flex I'd be tempted to trade a WR for a solid RB.

You can't go wrong with Rice or McCoy, but personally I'd lean Rice. I think they're essentially a wash, but I like taking Rice because later in the draft I can still grab a Vick/Maclin/DJax and be fine, whereas if I already have McCoy it limits those options later on.
