Here's hoping the select few but vocal scorned ex-GFs of the Wings' fanbase don't do anything retarded like booing Fedorov.

Idiots on the radio talking about this. Saying Fedorov wasn't a great player. *** morons. Sergei was a God.

Actually, I bet that the Russian 4 or 5 will be introduced together to possible shield the (ignorant) booing for Fedorov.

Man, that makes it worth it to go to the Alum game. Too bad I'm across the country now.

Love Feds, and so, so happy he agreed to participate.

Is Kozlov planning on playing another year in the KHL?

I have to think Vladdy won't actually be playing. Be rather incredible if could, though.

Can you imagine the kind of applause that Vladdy would get if he got out there on skates?

I think I would have a heart attack.

Fedorov was an awesome player, possibly one of the top 5 forwards to ever come out of Russia, excluding the current generation of course.

In his prime, he was a more gifted skater than ANY Russian player that's ever lived.

Ovechkin is a better pure scorer and power forward, Datsyuk is a better playmaker and defensive player, Bure might've been faster and flashier, but watching #91 cut the ice like butter was something to behold.

Highly doubt Vladdy actually plays. Can he even walk?

I'm assuming Kozlov is still playing in the KHL which is why he aint confirmed?

Well even as a Canucks fan, Federov is my all-time favorite player. He was the guy who got me into hockey.

Certainly it won't be as days of old, but it's going to be fantastic to see him on the ice again.

I'd consider buying tickets and making the drive from Cleveland for it. He was my favorite player.

Oh, I think it's safe to include the current generation of Russian forwards and he's still easily in the top 5. Can't wait to see Feds gliding effortlessly past guys skating as hard as they can. Now we just need Kozlov to come back, have Pavel cough up the #13 for a day, and have the full 5 in action. Looking forward to the alumni game a lot more after this announcement.

Is there any chance Lidstrom, Yzerman, Shanahan, or Hull play?

He'll be wearing a Red Wings jersey, so I think he'll get a huge ovation.

Now that Fedorov is in, how can Yzerman deny an invite?

I think Vladdy will probably just sit on the bench or something, but it doesn't really surprise me that he'll be there, the guy is an absolute warrior.

Here ya go, click on the tabs at the top for the different positions.

I can't wait for all of the games and hockey activities going on at Comerica Park leading up to New Years. My brother is moving into the Broderick Tower in September and you can look right down into Comerica Park from his window, which is so cool.
