Wow, Apple already delivered my Macbook. About 18 hours turnaround from ordering to delivery. Very impressive.

I got 12 month no interest financing that had a minimum purchase of $1000. The laptop with tax was $985 with free shipping, two-day was $14, next day was $22, and next morning was also $22. So I "had" to get overnight delivery to get the deal. Score!

Tonight...play golf or play with the computer? Or both?

I thought it was good.

I've only seen band camp, it's jokes... I want to see them all.

American Pie was meh. Euro Trip was awful, aside from whatever hot chick it starred.

The last one (American Reunion, 2012) was really cool considering everybody from the original movies was there.

If you forget the horrible direct to DVD spin-off movies ("You're Stifler's brother? Whoa!"), the American Pie series is great.

Euro Trip wasn't clever in any way but it wasn't supposed to be clever. Very surprising how many celebs they got to have small roles in a movie like that: Matt Damon, Fred Armisen, Lucy Lawless, Vinnie Jones, and Jeffrey Tambor.

Well it's been an eventful last couple weeks on my end. I got a job as a sports statistician at TST Media last week. MN Hockey Hub is one of the sites we do which some of you guys might be familiar with. Then today I bought a 2004 Camry. Just when I got excited to get some money, I get to shell more out.

I seen one at the VW dealership in St. Louis Park in the spring that was damn near flawless. Higher mileage (60k+) but the price was reasonable and I thought about buying it just for the hell of it. Always wanted one... Annnnnnd then the gal stepped into the convo.

Fun little car. Though, not sure I'd stay with VW/Audi (especially used) after going through everything you've gone through...

Part of me thinks that's just the Olympians screwing with us because they can.

This Macbook Air is really fast. RIPPING DVD's is twice as quick (even using an external DVD drive) as my 2009 iMac. About to see what Handbrake can do. Used to take about 90 minutes.

yeah, my girl's input has been less than encouraging thusfar. she has points--I'm going to return to see if i can fit a jogging stroller in the boot and shove a rear-facing car seat in the back while still being able to slide under the steering wheel.
