I was just going to say the same thing. Regional events in 3,000 seat arenas with cards full of no-name cans aren't much cheaper.

I don't think Strikeforce is as relentless as the UFC when it comes to trying to fill their buildings though, so I wouldn't expect a silly amount of ticket giveaways like the UFC usually has.

But in smaller shows they usually only fill the lower section/s, so if you compare prices to that of similar locations at UFC events you'd find a huge difference. I can't think of many small promotions that even bother having seating in upper levels, but if they do it's going to be cheap.

Damn I can see why Kedzie tried to go for the kill but if she would of kept it standing she probably would have won. Tate got a little lucky but a really good fight.

That Cook kid is tough.

The ref has to have a weave on his face.

Terribly unprofessional threatening Cook with a "doctor" and pressuring him to fight.

Nice KO but I don't think OSP's any more than a gatekeeper

Yep, completely bush league.

I loved all 3 of the guys jumping on it though and calling him out on that crap. They called him out again when he was yelling "work" when OSP was going for a choke.

I remember seeing him ref a fight awhile back, can't recall if it was Strikeforce or UFC but it was amazing watching those hair curtains flow back and forth as he moved around.

And sick KO from OSP.

yeah it was. and its not like there was any doubt about the low blow either so its not like he should have thought the guy was just trying to delay or anything
