Yup, Richards is replaceable. He's more useful than Le Toux out right so that trade was not a waste. But as long as Rennie gets a proper winger (not Harris) to replace him then there's no issue.

As long as we're able to keep Lee, which is highly questionable.

Have you heard anything? Just my opinion but I think Lee will play at least one more year (unless there's something going on behind the scenes).

All I heard is that when he became a Free Agent he got a boat load of offers from around the world and the Whitecaps were the lowest dollar figure. I really really hope he stays for another year, he really is an amazing player.

That I'm not too worried about. He came here despite the money so unless he decides to retire or that he disagrees with management/club philosophy I think he'll stay. He seems like a very level headed guy so I doubt money will become an issue all of a sudden.

I think him alone is what puts us over the top to become a playoff team so I do hope you're right!

Also, last year it wasn't an issue so I never paid any attention... but does anyone know if Yellow Cards get wiped clean before the playoffs? I'd assume if so you would get suspended if you accumulated 2 or 3.

Wiped clean, then wiped clean again before the final MLS Cup game.

Where can i get the Whitecaps kit without ForMotion. I believe that's the replica version and not the authentic version. Sportschek, I've only seen them sell the authentic version

The pricing for kits in Vancouver is ridiculous

I had a buddy that bought me an AC milan home kit 12/13 from Hong Kong for the equivalent of $60CAD. It was from the Adidas store, so i knew it wasn't fake

It was a replica, so no ForMotion sticker on the bottom left

So looks like...

No Mattocks (suspension)
No YP Lee (rest)
No Koffie (possible, not fully training with groin issue)

Rennie has also said others may rest too. This seems a bit odd since our schedule of late hasn't exactly been busy. Not to mention we'll have two weeks off for the international break after this match (Miller, Richards, Mattocks and Barbara called up).

Yikes.

I wonder if Lee has been struggling with an injury; he has been quite poor in the last couple of matches. That might explain the 'rest'.

I am going to make a out of nowhere prediction, that will shock the heavens.

Whitecaps beat the galaxy 3-0!.

Why?, because I had a dream, and we did just this.

so with Mattocks suspended but on call up, does that mean he will actually miss the next 2 Caps games?

Yeah, Lee hasn't looked as good as he had in the first part of the season, I too wondered if he had been either injured, or just really tired.

O'brien left with what looked like a quad strain, i wonder if he'll be out as well.

I do, however, hope the team can pull out of this nose-dive.

So I don't think we have beaten the Galaxy in MLS comp nor have we won a Cascadia cup game..

You would be correct...MLS has been a harsh buzz kill on a club who has won in every league they've been in since the 70's.They did start slow in the NASL too though.
