I think that's all of them.

Can't believe their Prospect evaluation. It's like the only players they got quotes on they list as prospects..

Someone inform the NHL that Sexsmith is not a part of the Sharks prospect pool anymore

Yea, their prospect list was just wrong. To have Nick P and TD 2nd and 3rd - i just can't see it. Really pathetic that NHL.com could have really done such a poor job on prospects for us.

so the author must have interviewed burke as he's quoted in all of these. author must have thought burke told him these are the top ten or that the author would include them in top ten as burke talked about them..

The Hockey News did the same thing. Check the prospect thread, I posted their top 10 ranking last week.

Blah blah Sharks are too old, blah blah blah Sharks have no depth, blah blah blah Sharks have no prospects, blah blah blah Sharks are chokers.

Yawn. I can't believe they dedicate an entire day to this drivel when it's nothing we don't see every day of the year.

If there's one interesting/useful bit of discussion in those articles, it's that the prospect one seems to indicate that Abeltshauser staying in Halifax was the Sharks' decision and not his. They wanted him to get prime minutes in important situations instead of coming into Worcester and being a #5-7.

any chance Viendensky makes the team?

Drafted in 09, just tore up the WHL, big frame.

Doubtful. Skating and offense isn't there.

That prospect article is just absolutely brutal. I guess they just totally forgot about Nieto?

Yep, i recall that. The Hockey News used to be a real credible publication, i am amazed that even they were not able to do a better job in the prospects area. What ever happened to good writers, actually getting the stories right and really defining the prospects. Me thinks us HFers are the best at this, certainly better than NHL.com
and THN.

He's a pretty good prospect so that'd throw the whole "other than this year's top pick SJ has no good prospects" angle out of wack.
