This is asinine. The Oilers wouldn't give that up. Stamkos is a exceptional player, but most likely in the world of the Salary cap, you will not get three roster players in a trade.
I believe actually Winnipeg has great assets to move for a player like Stamkos(I know it's not going to happen). E. Kane+Bogo+Scheifele+2 firsts+2nd+2 thirds I think is a realistic trade that could get Tampa interested.
The Oilers wouldn't give that up, but that's what it would take, if you want a 22 year old 60 goal scorer you have to massively overpay.

I think there's at least consideration by both teams if it were Stamkos for RNH and Eberle. Neither team does it in the end, but that's not terrible value either way I think.
It would be RNH+Ebs+2013 1st for him. You would have two former Sarnia Sting top goalscorers though. Tarasenko, Kuznetsov, and on their versatility of winger/C Granlund and JHubs I would all take over him, with the exception of Kuz, because of KHL but does have more skill.
Hall-Stamkos-Yakupov
Paajarvi-Gagner-Hemksy
Think the trade is pointless if RNH is part of it. Don't think the difference between RNH and Stamkos is Eberle and a 1st. Also Yak is better than all those prospects. When he gets 2 yrs experience like the ones you listed above, he'll already be in his 3rd NHL season as a star forward.
Hmm, as a Canucks fan, I don't actually think there's an extremely large a gap between Stamkos and Eberle...Stamkos is ahead but not by as much as some people think IMO.
Eberle plays in the West, who's leading scorer had 81 points, and put up 76 points (4th West) and 34 goals (4th West) despite missing four games. Eberle plays with a bunch of scrubs.
Stamkos is in the East, who's leading scorer had 109 points, and put up 97 points (2nd East/NHL) and 60 goals (1st East/NHL), he played all 82 games. Stamkos plays with a fugure HHOFer in St Louis.
Based on a bunch of Lu threads...I'm suprised you haven't heard Lu for Stamkos +...okay, maybe straight up. Van fans will say look at what Lu would do for Tampa

Why do people on hfboards say things like "you would have to massively overpay"? What role does that have in talking about the hypothetical value of a player hypothetically being moved? It has to be my biggest pet peeve of hfboards, full stop.
Secondly, RNH + Hall + Eberle for Stamkos + 1st isnt a massive overpay. It's an overpay beyond comprehension.

Because the title of this thread is "What would it take for the Bolts to sell Stamkos", not "what is fair trade value for Stamkos".

That's the point, it's going to take a massive overpayment to consider trading him, and Lindros' return was much higher
It's a hypothetical scenario as the OP stated. So if you want fair value, Hall and Eberle is the closest you can get.
Lindros's return wasn't bigger at all. Hall and Eberle are already young established 1st line wingers. RNH had a dominant rookie yr and is a young 1st line playmaking center. Lindros returned a bunch of unknowns, an inconsistent Hextall and Duchesne, who was a good offensive d-man, but not close to the value of Hall/Eberle/RNH.
Giroux. But first were going to sign him to a 4 year 65 million dollar deal, and wait for you guys to get behind on the payments, then we can repossess him and win cups every year
If Steven Stamkos ever got traded it would be in a deal for a player like Malkin or Ovechkin. No way would he ever be traded for a package of good young talent. This thread is borderline moronic and needs to be closed to make room for real trade rumors and discussions
