And still at 230. That's a large human being, as Pierre would say.

We could use that kind of size in the line-up. Hopefully this is the year for ET.

Yeah, if you're 230 and you can move around even just a hair better than Tangradi has shown in the past, that's going to be an effective player.

It basically sounds like he's just shifted his mass into the more important areas for a hockey player, from his upper body to his core and lower body.
