Didn't even notice the rabbit. I stopped at the cutoff jeans.
Just when I thought one storyline would be resolved, they just introduced a set of new ones. So now we have:
1. Dexter vs. Ukrainian mob
2. Dexter and Deb vs. LaGuerta
3. Dexter and Hannah vs. Sal
4. Quinn and Ukrainian mob sidestory
5. Angel possible retirement
6. Deb and Sal vs. Hannah
7. Unresolved intern storyline (or maybe they're gonna leave it at that)
That's quite a bit to be resolved, but I'm really looking forward to the 2nd half of the season. Definitely the best one since Season 4.
What about Deb telling Dexter that she loves him? I wonder if what they're gonna do with that, if anything?
I think Dexter "losing" his code is a huge part of how this series is going to end. I'm assuming Dexter eventually gets sloppy and caught and the last season could be about him getting arrested and a huge trial and that **** there.
Thanks for saying that. IMO the writers know exactly what they are doing. Him veering away from Harry and the code is nothing new. It's been 7 years of character devolopment. I'm not saying the journey has been perfect but I've enjoyed Dexter becoming more "normal" and giving into emotions other than his need to kill. His sloppiness this season is definitely building towards some sort of ultimate conclusion.
What are the small subliminal pictures of Harrison supposed to represent? Every episode there is a forced shot of either a picture or background of Harrison. Is it supposed to remind the viewer of Harrison and Dexter missing him? Maybe its his humanity?
Quinn will heroically do something heroic to redeem himself. His death will be involved.
Isaac is going to end up killing the person Dexter loves, 90% Deb 10% Harrison.
Out of grief Dexter kills Hannah because it reminds him of his code.
Laguerta identifies Dexter as the suspect/murderer and next season is Dexter's downfall or escape. I think this point has been building. His clear arrogance and sloppiness will bite him in the ass. Like the wedding photo.
I think Hannah will end up trying to kill Deb, so Dexter will have to kill her, or Deb sets up her own kill room and kills Hannah herself because Dexter won't do it. Good chance Laguerta suspects or catches Deb in the process of killing Hannah, forcing her or Dex to kill out of the code.
