My friend and I were discussing the CHLPA about a week ago on twitter. We mentioned either the CHL or CHLPA in one tweet and overall had about 10 tweets back and forth without hashtagging anything. The next morning I open up twitter and that @theCHLPA has responded to us 3 times. We thought it was creepy.
