I don't think any of these are really viable nor will the NHL ever expand that for.

Just a question, why wasn't Hartford in the poll?

It's not a viable hockey market.

There are cities in the list above that I would say aren't viable

This poll series has rapidly lost whatever point it ever had..... but I guess Kansas City.

And if you're going to continue, might as well throw in some more random cities as well that sometimes get brought up but have zero chance of landing a team, like Saskatoon, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Norfolk, just to name a few.

Again, what the hell does Kansas City have that Houston doesn't?

Portland, too.

Well, Kansas City has the fact that I somehow didn't miss it as a poll option, which I honestly did for Houston. Seriously, how didn't I see that Houston was still on the list?

And Portland has the hope that Paul Allen's interested. If he is, Portland will get a team yesterday. If not, then Tijuana has as much of a chance at getting a team as they do.

Houston has a metropolitan population of over 6 million, Kansas City has a third of that, and we all know that Bettman is running a business.

And come on...Missouri gets two teams, but the Pacific Northwest has just one and there isn't one in Eastern Canada? What kind of **** is that!?

I voted Cleveland, but I don't think any of these markets have a shot.

Because its silly to expect fans to consistently follow their 9th favorite team which is what a Houston hockey team would be.
