Even with a major improvement they will still suck!
Tolchinsky is reporting. That will help for sure.

Cousins-Tolchinsky-Shumacher-Fritisch. + McCann. Not too shabby...

Cousins and Fritsch will have a lot more on their plate than hockey this season.

Not much love for Brampton in the predictions lol

I mean I am obviously biased when it comes to Brampton but does everybody think we suck that much?
For every year since the run to the finals in 2009 people keep predicting Brampton to finish 9th or 10th and yet we've been 5th, 6th and 4th.

There defensive style is very very boring........... But atleast it wins them games.

Blake Clarke and Brandon Robinson are two young forwards with lots of potential though...

Itll be a battle for the top IMO between London, Kitchener and Plymouth with OS right behind. Same top 4 but different order.
I think Guelph is a PO team. Solid showing vs Plymouth 1st rd and theyre a year older with some real good young players who seemed to "buy in" last year.
Who knows what Sarnias going to do- they could look a lot diiferent than at present.
Erie should be better, but they have a long way to go from last year.
Its just so tuff to gauge as of now, Ill wait til preseason over ( not that itll help me out a lot )

The lock out could change a lot of things for a lot of teams. I'm not even going to attempt the East until I look at rosters more carefully cause I don't follow out there that much. But here is my West:

1. London Knights
2. Owen Sound Attack
3. Plymouth Whalers
4. Windsor Spitfires
5. Kitchener Rangers
6. Saginaw Spirit
7. Plymouth Whalers
8. Sarnia Sting

9. Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds
10. Erie Otters

I think if there is a look out Galchenyuk will be back in Sarnia and add the possibility of Spooner and the Sting could jump to 6 but I don't see Spooner coming even if there is a lock out. I could also see Galchenyuk possibly in Sarnia regardless of the lock out but i would only give it a 25% chance if there isn't one. Sting will be mid pack at the break and then I think they will be sellers and drop to basement dwellers.

Stevie04- How do you figure Windsor will finish better than Kitchener? The Rangers are better in every phase of the game.

Ya I saw his post and just disregarded it because that's an awful prediction but everyone has their own opinion I guess.

Plymouth must have a whole lot of depth if they can ice two teams that can make the playoffs.

I'm guessing 7th was meant to be Guelph, or Guelph 3rd...(dreaming)

London and Kitchener can't finish 1/2 ..they're in the same division. Same goes for your Barrie/ Brampton 1/2 prediction

You have to think Brampton is a shoe in for the play-offs.

An experienced defense with Blujus, Wind, Bell as the anchors playing in front of a very solid goalie in Machovsky. Everybody knows defense is their strong suit, although it may be boring to some.

If guys like Machac, Goodrow and Robinson have good years and by chance get one or two of Carrick and Lane back....They could very well finish top 2 of the conference, and easily top 4.
