I'm gonna say this right now --- I don't want to be playing 3v3 and 4v4.. if that's something you guys want to do, let me know now.

If you do, I have no problem with how you guys want to play -- I just dont find that fun especially since I usually get stuck on defense with the CPU. If that's something you guys want to do frequently, I'll give up my "A" to Stallion and look elsewhere.

I want to stay with this club all year but that's not something I want to do. It's just not fun to me.

It's more the idea of being better to get it done. I can still shoot more and hopefully score more but still. Hopefully it just makes me a better player.

Also, you make it sound that was all I did.

Don't lie. You know that was your go to move.

Not necessarily. Remember, I'd give it to you in the circle and you'd just blast it anyways. Even if it's not cross crease, stuffing it in front is a much better option this year than previous years.

In the demo free skate, I just scored 10 breakaway goals (1-0, so of course) in about 12 shots... doing the same move .

one move that almost always works for me is, fake shot, back hand forehand & shoot

Charge in, backhand then back to the forehand point blank and put it by him.

Knock on wood, so far haven't seen any glitch goals in OTP. It's hard to get space, so far.

Just curious... but does anybody else get a bad lag online? Or does their game go ridiculously slow offline?

Last chance to sign up for a tryout.

I've been putting up killer stats in net - so I might have found my new calling. So far in 13 games I've posted a record of 8-2-3 with a 2.09 GAA and a SV% of .801. Only once have I let in more than 3 goals. I haven't managed to secure a shutout yet though.

Just FYI for the regs - there is still a high number of "win traders" gaming the system to level their characters. Apparently the top clubs from previous years already have guys into superstar and almost legend already. I'd assume they will at least be legend by release date.

It's been around for years now. Organize a game where its 5v1, where the single player is a goalie. Throw the game, and then once everyone has a point registered, goalie quits and its a 2 minute win for 5 ppl.

When didn't I want to play with you??

We played a lot on Friday and Saturday --- Yesterday, I went to a WWE show with a friend and then we came back and we played Be-A-GM (made the mistake of starting with Minnesota at the draft ... no Parise or Suter, ew).

Yeah we did.

We won our first game, lost the next two, and won the last one.

We dominated every single game though. We lost the first game 1-0 on a shot from the blueline on the rush that just went through our goalies leagues. Worst goal ever. We played the same team again right after - and lost again - on two pretty bad goals.

This is a 6v6 year. The CPU goalies are ridiculous. There's obviously going to be glitches and high % shots, but getting into those positions to score is going to be a time and a half. I think I'm going to stick to mostly 6v6. It's more fun that way.

I suggest guys without the game go into practice and get a feel for things. Took me like 30 games to some what get it down.
