Collective Board Standings Predictions (Eastern Conference) #14

Last poll for the standings for this conference. Now we just need to work on the other conference that doesn't matter because most of it lies outside EST. Then playoff matchups and all that good stuff.

4. Pittsburgh Penguins - 75.86%
5. Philadelphia Flyers - 70.37%

I'm going with the Islanders, though I feel like putting them down at #14 is an injustice. I, like Dubinchuk, don't feel like any of the teams in the East deserves to be placed in last. I don't think any one team outside of the playoff locks (NYR, Philly, Pitt, Boston, whichever SE team finishes as division leader IMO) is too terribly far off from the rest.

It's not how I have the teams ranked...it's how people vote. For what I actually think, look at the last eastern conference voting thread. I posted out how I probably would have ranked them (despite what I voted).

Voted NYI. The Canes board predicting the Leafs in last should increase the hate, which should increase the fun.

I think Tavares is due for a crazy season. If they can get even half ass goaltending they should be able to move up a few spots me thinks.
