The cloud of a lockout hanging overhead is probably the reason why we haven't gotten started on this yet, eh? If by some miracle the season does begin on time we'll need to be ready to go and league registrations are open now.
Enough interest has been generated in this over the years that we've had to split into 2 leagues. Assuming the same amount of people are interested this time around we'll have a 1st division and a 2nd division. Everyone who qualified for the playoffs in either of last season's leagues will have an automatic invite to the 1st division.

Now I want everyone, including people on that list, to say whether they want to participate this year. As you can see, there are only 11 guaranteed spots so there will be more invites going out based on whoever finished next highest in the standings. I'd like to once again have around 14 people in each league, but that's subject to change depending on how many of you sign up.
Everyone new or otherwise who wants to play shouldn't be discouraged by playing in the 2nd division league -- there'll be promotion and relegation for the following year depending on how well you do. Both leagues will operate under the same rules and settings.
Just in case there are any questions about the queue, the order is based on who finished next in last year's standings. So for example glovesave finished 7th just outside the playoff picture so he's next, followed by Mr Momentum who finished 8th and secretsquirrel/Fly Like a C5 who also finished 8th in the other league. The tiebreaker for equal finishing spots is the order you posted in here. And so on. New signups will be added to the bottom of the queue on a first-come-first-served basis.
