Why wouldn't you keep them???
If you want rid of them though, I'm sure you will have no problem doing that.
Keep them man, be a True Blue Canuckelhead!
I do want to keep them but I'm pretty good at nhl games so I'd still make the playoffs with even the chicago Wolves.
Claim the Canucks thanks for holding it. But I am willing to trade my Canucks spot. If someone really wants them for obviously a decent team in return.
Well every NHL team would be decent then compared to the Wolves.

Just make a few moves for draft picks and prospects if you are creaming people to make it a challenge, why not build and cut the payroll if your dominating. I have a feeling there will be a handfull of people who can play well, unless your like rainman or something there will be competition.

This is a very good point. If you consider yourself to be quite good at the online play don't be a lame-o and take the Penguins or the Canucks. It will be more enjoyable for everyone if the games are competitive. Make it a challenge and take a rebuilding team if you have the option and leave the great teams for the people that are new to the game.
I do too! You don't have to play the games to be in GM connected. Watch the video
There is a minimum of 5 games a GM must play per season and must play a game 6 and/or 7 if the series goes that for in the playoffs.
I'm pretty exited to be in this league. Although, after playing the demo, it's apparent that the game is a lot more difficult with the new skating feature.

I think dump and chase, and shots with traffic will be more effective this year than previous versions.

It is def much more difficult but just takes some getting use to. Took me forever to finally beat USA, then when I finally did said I had to be connected to the EA servers for the the reward, so I checked and I was, so beat them again, same thing came up, so I logged off and logged back on and lost to them lol. Should have logged off and logged on after the first time, who knows, maybe it would have came up again anyways. Practice makes perfect though, chemistry is always important to for passing and one timers. I like the new skating feature, if you work it right can have some good one on one battles with speed, cuts, dekes, and stutter steps.
Do you know how many seasons we play? Or how free agents work. Will it be the first guy to connect to the free agent screen gets the decent remaining players?

I don't think much is known about this part of the game at this point. A few screen shots and a couple of trailers...
Might be a good idea of a moratorium on moves until the 12th so everybody can at least look at the game and we can see how EA has set up this part of it. I have no intention of picking up the game at the stroke of midnight and won't have a chance to really look at it until I get home that evening.
From the screen shots and such I have seen it does look like the commish is expected to be one of the GMs and would be the one setting up the league in the game.
