If healthy Pronger is also in his prime than Pronger, no doubt. If Pronger was fully healthy as of today, I may lean more towards Chara, because of Pronger's lay off due to injury.
If we're talking about their respective peaks, then prime Pronger is significantly better than prime Chara. If we're talking about healthy current day incarnations of the two players, then Pronger is still better, but it's closer.
I always did like Pronger. I'll go with him, though if Chara keeps up his current level for another 2/3 year he could surpass him (though he won't have the international career Pronger did).
