The 2012 HHOF Inductees - Who would you pick for YOUR team?
In alphabetical order:
Pavel Bure
Adam Oates
Joe Sakic
Mats Sundin
Through magic, they're just starting their careers now, so they're young and healthy again. And you get to pick ONE for your favorite team. Who would you pick, and why? Mention what team they're going to, please!
Note: Expect their development, production and durability to remain the same as it was for them the first time around.

Sakic though I wonder if you had to pick two then if a combination of Oates/Bure would end up producing more than Sakic+Sundin (who would play on different lines).

I would take Sakic. Born leader and one of my favorite players.

Sakic is the best out of them and had the best career so Captain Clutch is my vote.

They are all great but I remember what an excellent playmaker Adam Oates was on the B's.
Congrats to all of the players who are being inducted !!!

Sakic is the best, but if Bure had health and longevity, I'd choose him for the sake of heritage.

The only acceptable answer is Sakic. I'm a Leafs fan, but none of the other three even come close to Captain Clutch.

Sakic. Considered Bure but we already have speedsters who need the puck in Hall/Yakupov.
Sakic fills a hole and is probably the best player on that list.

I'm leaning towards Sakic but a line with Bure and Kovalchuk would just not be fair... I'll pick Bure, the thought of him and Kovy lighting it up together is too much to pass.

Sakic or Sundin. Both scored some great goals in OT, GWers etc. Sakic had the benefit of HHOF peers Roy and Bourque for one Cup (Two runs, one Cup heh) and Roy for two Cups.
Sakic would be incredible prime on the Senators but imagine Swedish line of Arvedson-Sundin-Alfredsson or Zibanejad/Silfverberg-Sundin-Alfredsson....

The Canucks have two great centers already, one of which is also a premier playmaker. What they don't have is a goal scoring machine with gamebreaking ability.
Pavel Bure.
Sedin - Sedin - Bure.... Filthy

Bure only because the kings need an elite/explosive goal scorer.
Brown-Kopitar-Bure. Yes please.

Salic for sure. I may choose Bure if they could somehow guarantee his health.

Sakic.
Even though we have a bunch of centers already, I'd still go with Sakic.
