Elite stuff right there
Funny that you think Kessel wouldn't immediately be the best winger on that team.

I'd do the same, but maybe switch Crosby for Letang, as D would be the greater need, considering adding Tavares and Kovalchuk would do plenty for an already good O and there aren't better dmen on the Isles or Devils.

Either that or take your chances on Bryz and get McDonagh off the Rangers.

Hartnell – Giroux – KOVALCHUK
Schenn – TAVARES – Briere
Simmonds – Couturier – Voracek
Fedotenko – Talbot – Read
Rinaldo

Coburn – LETANG
Grossmann – Schenn
Meszaros – Timonen
Lilja

LUNDQVIST
Bryzgalov

Lundqvist was the easiest by far. Tough to leave Crosby and Malkin off, but the more glaring need is defense, and Letang would improve the roster (IMHO) at the back end more than adding more firepower up front. Besides, having a shoot-first winger like Kovalchuk would work wonders with Giroux.

Vanek-Spezza-Hodgson
Leino/Ott-Bergeron-Pominville

Gerbe-Ellis/McCormick-Kaleta
xTropp, Scott

ETA: I wish I could take 2 players from the Bruins because Bergeron as shutdown 2C + Sekera-Chara (seeing how they did at worlds) would be a thing of beauty.
