Cup hangover. Teams like Bruins, Blackhawks and to a lesser extent the Penguins have had a difficult time getting out of the first couple of rounds.

If there is an extended lockout I would go to LA being fresher and winning the series. If not then Minnesota.

Obviously there's going to be no upsets, these are the teams we just voted in to these seeds. If someone predicts for team A to do better then team B, why would they then turn around and vote the other way?

Well, I voted for Detroit over St. Louis because of playoff experience, and Boston-Carolina is going to seven games, which would be unexpected.

Here there is a good chance LA goes out in the first round tldue to cup hangover, imo.

would be an awesome series if Minny had more depth on defence. I think people also underrate Backstrom, Koivu and P-M Bouchard due to injuries, they have a great bottom six as well today.

LA in 6.

Other than Suter, our defense has no playoff experience at all. I don't see us being able to hold off a dynamic Kings team for more than 2 games. Kings in 5. I'd be damn happy just to make the playoffs this year.
