It's too bad Kansas State had to have that epic meltdown against Baylor and Oregon had the same happen to them the same night. Then we wouldn't have to hear "SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC!" like we probably will after Bama beats down Notre Dame in the title game.

Kansas State would have been great to see in the title game. For a program that has supposedly something like the 90th ranked recruiting class, they sure don't play like it, except for course for that Baylor game.

Can't stand either Bama or Notre Dame but you better believe I'm pulling for the Irish next month.

Aaron Murray and Mark Richt are the most unclutch people in college sports.

Like hello? Spike it.

Kansas State-Oregon was my personal choice for the championship game as well. Bama-Notre Dame doesn't grab my attention at all. Probably won't even watch.

As far as picking a team, I'd rather not. I'll just hope they somehow both lose.

Seriously, it's as if they wanted to hand that game to Alabama.

And what was up with that last play? Stupid catch.

Easy to say from a fans perspective on a couch, but in the heat of the moment, especially *AFTER* a tip, that probably came down to instinct.

Completley unrelated, but it is very disconcerting to me that it seems no one in Canada is able to make cole slaw with vinegar instead of mayo, or BBQ sauce with a vinegar base instead of a tomato one.

Also, Joe Johnson's cross over on Paul Pierce was so dirty, that I had to switch to porn when my mom walked in on me watching it

I'd say "Geno Smith, come on down", but not sure they've given up on Gabbert yet despite how ****** a QB he was to get selected in the first round to begin with.

Sorry, callin em like I see em with that one. Gabbert NEVER should have been a top 10 pick, especially not with some of the OLs still on the board.

So, is it about time to speculate on the Panthers draft pick?

I haven't seen any of him this year but is Blaine Gabbert still scared of being hit? I remember the game against San Diego last season where he threw the ball into the ground while being pressured and got an intentional grounding call. Might be the biggest ***** I've seen in the NFL.

Also, Panthers

And Cardinals-Jets final score 7-6? Is this 1950 or 2012?

I know. How you think it feels to know that if we took that trade back (16th OA +2nd for 10th OA) instead of Gabbert we could have Ryan Kerrigan *AND* Andy Dalton

I've been thinking of getting a dog recently. Not 100% sure what kind though, but I have a weird desire to buy two huskies and name them Washington & Connecticut.

IIRC Dalton went before where the Jacksonville 2nd was, but still could have had Kerrigan and say Mallett, or waited until the 5th and drafted TJ Yates or something.

NICE! Make it 3 and add Northeastern in there for good measure.

Well, there's better dog names, but in terms of random thoughts that one has to rank right up there.

Epic troll job by the Colts.

EDIT: Also, damn. Here I was hoping Rams-Niners would end in a tie (again).

I actually had the Lions making the playoffs this year and making a cinderella like run to the Super Bowl. Also thought Panthers would get Wild Card spot.

Doh.

Yep (minus the Super Bowl part for the Lions) and yep... actually thought the Panthers had a shot at the division with the Saints issues... LOL

Maybe now the Panthers can use the draft to help fix the O-line, and help fix the secondary, and draft some WR depth...and draft a linebacker for depth when they'll probably need to cut Beason (). And draft a RB for when they need to cut Williams...and...

Oh, nevermind.

I would've gone with "Northern Illinois" but fair enough

I figured that during the downtime of the lockout we could make sure the time's not wasted by creating Armies of Antons to protect us...

So I've been playing my PS2 again recently....

Today we had me playing Dark Cloud on the TV on PS2, one roommate playing Windwaker on his PC off of an emulator (using a PS3 controller), and the other roommate playing Pokemon Red on his phone.

Yeah, we're cool.
