Feb. 10 at Pittsburgh — NBC or NBC Sports Network

Now what could be the reason why they can't decide yet?

Couple of things

1. Congrats on the schedule
2. Anyone shocked that not one of those national tv games is vs Phoenix? After what went on in the WCF, the makings for a bitter hateful rivaly are in place and the big stations are just looking to push this under the rug.

I gave up getting surprised for Lent back in 2002 and I haven't been able to be surprised since.

No one should be surprised. The East Coast runs the media. The Kings are mostly against Eastern conference and Central Division teams.

Look at the games vs the Pacific teams. 2 vs Dallas (further East, Central time zone), and one against our geographic rival.

Oct. 12 vs. N.Y. Rangers — NBC Sports Network (opening night)
Oct. 30 at St. Louis — NBC Sports Network, TSN2
Nov. 3 vs. St. Louis — NHL Network
Nov. 29 at Detroit — NHL Network
Jan. 5 vs. St. Louis — NHL Network
Jan. 21 at Nashville — NBC Sports Network, TSN2
Feb. 3 at Washington — NBC, TSN2
Feb. 5 at Buffalo — NBC Sports Network, TSN
Feb. 7 at N.Y. Rangers — NHL Network
Feb. 9 at New Jersey — NHL Network
Feb. 10 at Pittsburgh — NBC or NBC Sports Network
March 11 vs. Colorado — NBC Sports Network, TSN2
March 23 vs. Vancouver — NHL Network
March 25 at Dallas — NBC Sports Network, TSN2
April 6 vs. Edmonton — NHL Network
April 9 at Dallas — NBC Sports Network, TSN2
April 13 vs. Anaheim — NHL Network

Only one game on CBC? Wow, pathetic. But, finally the Kings are doing this: "I’ve been told that the plan is for Fox Sports West to also broadcast two preseason games, the game in Las Vegas and the Kings-Ducks game in Ontario.:

If they are on NHL network do we still get the FSWest broadcast?

NBC is not gonna shell out money to show a Kings HOME game because it means it's a 10:30 Eastern game. Most of the NBC/NBCSN games are "@" games.

NBC has 2 games scheduled for Feb 10 a sunday

Los Angeles at Pittsburgh 7:30 PM est NBC

or

Detroit at St. Louis 7:30 PM est NBC

Guess it will depend on standings at the time.

It's too bad we likely won't get to see some of those games due to the impending lockout.

How will NBCSN fill those timeslots.

More rodeo and cycling?
