Recorded it on the DVR, as I used to watch it before the ridiculously long hiatus. But I think I will just delete it. WAY too long in between viewings. I just don't care enough now. It wasn't that good to begin with, but I wanted to see how it ended. Then the long hiatus, and......whatever.

keep in mind it was originally ordered as a 10-episode season, then extended to 22, which explains the long hiatus. This is, in effect, season 2.

that said, not off to a good start. Just like before, the storyline is good, but the acting/lines are terrible.

This show is like a train wreck to me. It's so bad but I just can't look away because I want to see what stupid thing the writers do next.

It came in second to Castle in total viewers and won the 10 o'clock time slot demo. So NBC probably can't ask much more. I think they'll rate the return a success.

Why don't they just turn the lights back on?

Loved the first 20 episodes and the twist at the end.

Season 2 if done right should be good.

Those last 6 or 7 episodes were SO much better than the ones before it. Just finished the season. I think (and am hoping) season 2 will do a much better job at everything.

Just caught the first two episodes of season 2. Wtf is going on? I felt like I was watching Lost; way more questions after every episode than answers.

Yet another show that had a one season plan and then had no idea what to do with the show after that. It's such a common problem with these serialized shows that I don't understand how it keeps being allowed to happen. Don't these TV execs learn?

I wish we would see more limited run series. Come up with a concept for a 3-4 year run and if a show debuts well, it still is starting out with a set end date, so there is no filler to extend the series. Then if it does poorly, have a way to end things early, like they did with Last Resort last year.

So instead of a Smoke Monster, they're going with a Firefly Monster?
