Don't know if it would playout for 82 games though.

Over 82 games, I'd imagine the average of getting the Green Men around, preferably with as many penalty box seats as possible, would be $30K. If there was room in the Canucks' plane I don't think travel expenses would be much higher; maybe increase by $15Kish to include the extra seats, hotel and other related expenses. Give them 5K as a fund to buy props or whatever else they may need for their performances. Suppose they're paid 75K each per year. So in total it's about 200K in expenses to give the Green Men a good salary with everything paid for. That's a tenth of what the organization dishes out to pay for Reinprecht!
For two highly recognizable entertainers, I think it could be well worth it. It would make fans show up to games even more which would drive ticket prices up; a margin as small as 5% higher already pays off the costs of having the Green Men. Plus consider the potential of additional TV audience and of course the whole distraction aspect. And they could make their own videos while on the road and not preparing for their in-game performances. That stupid Lazy Song parody video somehow managed 5+ million hits, imagine the kind of audience real Green Men could pull?
