Jurco with a goal, assisted by Ferraro.

Great pass by Ferraro and even better play by Jurco. Went backhand - forehand right in front of the goalie.

1st line keeps getting stuck in the defensive zone.

EDIT: Andersson just whiffed on a wide-open goal.

Tatar and Nyquist with a clean breakaway missed each, Andersson with the open net. Could've been a blowout this one.

But he doesn't miss the second. That was insane speed by Tatar. 3-1 should do it.

By far the worst opponent they've faced this season, but also played a pretty flawless game.. Maybe the tight score had them keep focus.

The Almqvist-Lashoff pairing deserves credit.

Tatar with a breakaway goal, unassisted.

Tatar again with an open-netter, assisted by Nyquist.

McCollum with a very solid night, but wasn't tested too much.

Griffins win 4-1!

the Griffins have the highest GPG in the AHL now

(Charlotte has 5 more total goals but has played 2 more games)

Jurco's goal was pretty sweet, nice patience with the puck. Callahan... Has he ever won a fight in the AHL?

One thing that boggles the mind is how they produce the games in HQ, as is shown in the highlight clips, and then spew out that crap quality in AHL Live.

Full game archive is up. All-in-all is was a pretty good game. Griffins had a lot of speed throughout most of the 60 mins, lots of breakaways and some top notch penalty killing.
