Wouldn't be surprised to see Prince come back. Bingo will be really deep if there's a lockout, plus it wouldn't help being in the stands. Really excited to see how the rookies do.
I can't see it, I think any prospect they'd want in Bingo would probably just go to Elmira. Prince was too dominant last year in the O.
Such a different arena than the Civic Center. More of a classic OHL arena type thing, but potential for a great atmosphere.
TheSilfverBullet mentioned to me that he had noticed Soo's McCann in warmups, and I remembered that he was the 4th overall pick out of the Minor Midget London Knights AAA. Amazing player, make sure you follow his development.

This.
McCann stood out more than anyone on the ice. The kid has a fantastic shot, and has great wheels to boot. I'm definitely keeping an eye out for him in the next while.

Thinking of going to the home opener tomorrow night, but I've got class until 5:30 and the game starts at 7:00pm. I'm guessing the odds that there will still be tickets in the red/black area are still pretty high considering the size of the arena.
Does anyone know how easy/hard it was to buy same day tickets at the Civic Center like an hour before a game?
Just don't want to buy things in advance in case I get stuck downtown longer than I expect.
Any time before the game you'll easily be able to pick up tickets. 67's got a lot of walk up traffic at the civic centre, and i'd say it will likely be around the same at SBP.
I think the longer the NHL lockout lasts, the busier the 67s games will be. For the price of the ticket, it's actually great value/atmosphere.
They have a really young team this year with some "question marks" but they have a real solid defence lead by Ceci and could really surprise some people up front with the young talent lead by Monohan. No Surprise those 2 were named co-captains
