Speaking of good filler episodes, has any one of them topped the one where they broke the 4th wall and ended up in the "real world", on the set of Supernatural?
The tricksterepisodes! If they can be counted as fillers. Also the episode with the teddy bear.
Then alot of the more scary ones in the earlier seasons.

I've enjoyed it from season 1 all the way through and have no problem if it keeps going.
Me neither. They seem to be having fun making the show and it doesn't completely suck even though the last few seasons weren't as good as the first 4 or 5. Still much better than many "bigger shows".
One of the rare shows that doesn't take itself seriously. Lots of unexpected laughs for being such a dark show. The overall storyline has gotten a bit stale, but the episodes are still enjoyable.

Hell no. I will see it through until the end. I just cant see how someone enjoy these storylines. The show has been going downhill since sam went to hell. Nothing has so far, been better then that. Its still enjoyable, but i dont really get excited and that annoys me.

That's all well and good, and I'm not going to argue that the storylines haven't been as good as the earlier seasons but there's no reason to continually state you want the show to just end already.
Jensen alone makes this show worth watching every week!
Whoa, that was quite an intense episode. Crowley finding out about the Angel secrets, Angel tablet, what Naomi has done to Castiel... Glad that Amelia storyline is now done with.
Hilarious episode, even though it was a filler one. "Special agents Taggart & Rosewood" I totally lost it when Dean and Charlie both replied to "killed by belladonna": "The pornstar?" Must have more Charlie/Felicia Day... Seriously, she needs to become a regular if they get a 9th season.
A much somber or sadder episode this week. Winchester family tree sure isn't a happy one... Good episode anyway. I have a feeling that "key of all things supernatural" isn't going to end up in that safe place.
Nazi necromancers, rabbis and their golem, bad ass female demons from the 60ies, occult libraries, time travelling, ledgers of magical experiments, sorcerers, secret societies ? It doesn't get better than this, really loved the last 2 episodes!

Yup, not so filler after all. It's almost like a new sub-plot for the season. The place the key unlocked wasn't anything like I imagined it's be. They could finally have found their "Batcave" so to speak. A regular place where they can find the information themselves and to call a home of sorts and perhaps even future purpose in life, to became the new Men of Letters? Bring in Garth(not that necessary), Charlie (to update all the communication tech and stuff, with perhaps funds found at the base?) and Eric for remainder of the season to finish the main plot.
The Golem looked suspiciously like Ryback from the WWE though.

I am hoping that it becomes their base of operation. But in the first episode the men of letter who had survived all these years told Sam to throw away the key. The sum of all their knowledge and everything they found over the years is supposed to be there. You got the feeling it would be an end of the world type of deal if it fell in the wrong hands. Wonder what they will find in there.
It's kind of crazy to think that they will be going on a 9th season (will likely be renewed)... People are getting bored with it but I still love it. Even filler episodes are still enjoyable for me.
Maybe it's because I've really enjoyed this season so far. I was getting a little bit bored with the apocalypse, end of the world, angel wars stuff. It was becoming a bit too much. I like that they're going back to the roots a little. IMO, the show is at its best when there's friendly banter between Dean, Sam, Castiel, etc. Stuff like the belladona joke. Been loving this season so far.

I don't know much about wrestlers but his name is John DeSantis :

The most important info from the link: Charlie will be back this season! Also, the comments in the article mentioned that Arrow, Supernatural and Vampire Diaries are so far ahead in the ratings compared to other shows on CW, that the ratings would have to drop by 50% during the rest of the season for there not to be a season 9.
Noticed Joh DeSantis has actually appeared on Supernatural before, in the "Ghostfacers" episode in 2008.
