most of VHL games are streamed through their youtube channel, I watch Semin and THK (as they are CSKA's farm) very often.

you go on their site: http://www.vhlru.ru/
look for Мультимедиа -> Видео and it will show all the video feeds. Look for the one that has Сокол (Sokol) in it.
