I like tequila on occasion, but **** patron. In Mexico, they don't even consider that to be from there.

Tequila and gin are the only things I have pretty much no tolerance for. I can drink good vodka or good bourbon all night long, though.

I've been to mexico 3 times and I hear ya , but I hate what they have to offer as "their stuff" minus the mixed drinks, which is what I go for usually, I'll tell them at an all inclusive to give me their best shot and have been good with it but for beer, nothing comes close to corona...I know you guys think it is marketing but I've loved it forever.

I absolutely hate Corona, and pretty much every Mexican beer for that matter. I usually stick with vodka or bourbon, but when I do get a beer it has to be a decent IPA.

When I do vodka it's with soda and a twist, so anything triple distilled is good with me. Usually go with Svedka, or something similar.

Did try Ciroc recently and put the stereotypes aside... gotta admit, that stuff was SMOOTH.

I'm not huge on vodka, they all taste nearly the same to me. That's why I like Svedka, not gonna find a better value.

It's heavily endorsed by P Diddy, or use to be at least. I want to say it's about $25-30 for a standard sized 750ml bottle. Like I said, I usually stick with Svedka but will grab Ketel or Stoli if going to a party.

We bought an airplane size bottle of the Ciroc Peach, and it was pretty ****ing awesome.

Same here... I love vodka-soda. I'm never gonna drink the stuff straight, so no need for me to ever buy something like Goose or better. Svedka, Fris, UV, etc.

Kark isn't out of the ordinary. I've never heard of Kamchatka

My dad got through high school on Hamm's. He was shocked when I told him it was back in production.

I thought this would be the right place to post this.

My best friend from all my life is starting at quarterback for the high school team. He is a year younger than me (junior). He is 15-0 as a starter in the regular season. They went 9-0 last year and is 6-0 this year. It's just crazy. He beat tons of school records last year for a school with a lot of history that includes two state titles. He is currently getting looks from Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, Northwestern, and Northern Illinois. They are rolling right now. He had another four touchdown passes before getting pulled.

I am just amazed that my best friend is getting looks like this. It is completely insane.

My buddy from college was really good friends with Ryan McDonaugh, they played pee-wees together and everything.

I'm really good friends with Bryan Carp.

You've never heard of him because he was a mediocre catcher at UCSB 20 years ago.

If he's lucky enough to go to one of these schools and succeed, I think I'll be his agent.

And he would choose you as his agent, who has zero experience in the field, and aren't going to school to be an agent because...?

Cute idea, but makes zero sense.

That Dave Karp was a heck of a player until those post-concussion syndromes kicked in.

I'm just a beer guy mostly, though I'm also partial to the occasional rum and coke.

Also, down in Champaign for the weekend, so gonna catch an Illini hockey game with my dad tonight, in all likelihood.
