Not in the NHL, but in the AHL he certainly played well.

This only counts for non Leaf players/prospects.

Well, guess this means Burke's given up on getting a better #1 or back up for Reimer.

Here comes another year of Leafs players playing in the WC rather than in the playoffs...

While I assume that we're going to run with Reimer/Scrivens if/when there is a season, I don't think it means Burke has given up.

He's signed a goalie who helped lead the Marlies to the AHL Final while putting up great numbers throughout his time in the AHL. Obviously Burke is going to sign him, it would be stupid not to. Ben Scrivens, or even James Reimer, will not prevent Burke from bringing in a number 1 if he can.

Burke - Dave, I think Poile's lost his mind. He's offering me Rinne for Bozak, Lombardi and a 2nd!
Nonis - Sorry Brian, we signed Scrivens..
Burke - Damnit!

Apparently first year is 2 way and the second is 1 way....

Good deal. Hes a good goalie with potential, still leaves us questioning the stability at the position, but a good player to have in the system.
