Everyone should be loose in life. I hope something pops up on Friday for the lease issue to be finalized Tuesday. You would think after all the run around I would expect something else to happen but I continue to be hopeful. Probably why I continue to gamble when I am on a "losing" streak.

What I got from that is the team would cost the city 6 million over 5 years. However, I think a strong owner could work to re-invent the area and over time that money could be made up. The area around Staples Center was a waste land until AEG created LA Live. Not saying it will be quick or easy but 6 mil is not too much of a hit if things can be done correctly in the long run.

It's not hard. The arena had like what, 6 events booked all year? That's awful. Like they aren't even trying. Get more events in there, Tanger, and a hockey team that starts to draw more and everyone is suddenly whole and happy.
