Seeing stats like that makes me happy for Jokerit fans but so pissed he's been robbed of the opportunity to do it in the NHL, and that lost time can never be recovered.

Eh on the positive side this stretch of 30 games has given Karlsson even more confidence as a young player. When he returns to the NHL he will be riding high playing against quite a few players who haven't played a real game in months. Karlsson might have lost a bit of time from his young career but it could provide him with the chance to explode even more offensively on the NHL stage.
He won the Norris. How much more confidence do you need?
I don't know getting completely shut down by New York in the playoffs probably did not help. It will be interesting to see how Karlsson works in the NHL now that everyone will be marking him on a nightly basis. The more confidence the better in my opinion.

As the team becomes better, I wish the other team tries to play heavily on Karlsson, it'll leave so much space for our better players. Karlsson puts shot on nets, consistently, even versus NYR, whether he gets points depends on his luck, so looking at a small stretch of games is not meaningful. One week he might have a couple points, another week he might be at 1.5ppg.
Four goals this night on PP. Jokerit was the second best in the league on PP before this game. I don't know what's the situation after this HIFK slaughter.
