Man, Jay Cutler and Demariyus Thomas really let me down this week. Spiller got hurt, and I had big Ben on the bench.

Up by 30 going into MNF but he has Brady and Ridley

Cutler really wasn't that bad today

Only 1 really bad pass (A dropped INT). The INT was a result of Marshall deflection.

When Tice started calling screen passes and Cutler started looking towards Jeffrey the Bears pass game started to show some life

Next week is big test for Bears OL... Ware and Cowboys

I would say hold onto him for Cowboys game as last time Cutler played Cowboys he picked them apart (2010 game) with a OL just as bad and WR less talented

Gets 120 points this week in fantasy football.

Gets blown out by 30+

The HF League makes me sad. I had to go up against Jamaal Charles, Maurice Jones-Drew, and Ray Rice this week.

the falcons allowed 3 points, turned the ball over, and missed an extra point. not good enough. not nearly good enough.

So happy the Pats lost! Plus Pitta and Rice gave me a huge come-from-behind victory in fantasy this week.

That was awesome. Here's a link to the audio from inside the stadium during that. Damn it sounds intimidating.

I found the moment with the chant sad, embarrassing, unfunny, and uncool (I did not hear the chanting live). The folks who chanted did not care for other members of the crowd and members of the TV audience who would never use such language. I wish the person who started the chant had used a better phrase had he or she had known other members of the crowd would start saying the same thing.
Is this person trolling or serious?

I was very impressed by Torrey Smith's courage to go out and play so soon after a personal loss. And he played very well too, a fine tribute to his brother.

I dunno, after the 885th turnover in 3 games, I kindof started to blame Vick.

But yesterday was also the intersection of bad luck (1st AZ deflection TD and 95 yard fumble return TD) with awful play.

I also though Andy Reid's play calling was awful on the entire "fumble TD" series. Everyone KNOWS it's all passing plays there, so Vick should have been in shotgun formation to keep the D another second away + give him another second of thought processing time, especially given how the O-line was getting abused.

I know this is the topical "opinion du jour", but I'm going to disagree.

By and large, I think the refs have been decent, especially all things being equal. It's the announcers who have been "disgusting", intentionally scrutinizing every facet of every play with a Hubble Space Telescope actively SEARCHING the playing surface for some instance of a bad call by a replacement ref. It's getting ridiculous. And the refs are now the favorite scapegoat of every NFL losing team, every week. In a word, it's pathetic.

Sure, there have been some badly blown calls this year, but after 100 games with the regular NFL refs, there would have been some badly blown calls/games too, it's just that 99% of the media wouldn't be playing "pin the tail on the zebra" if it was the normal crews.

They blew an awful call during the Jets game on Fasano's grab. When he clearly lands out of bounds with the ball hitting the ground and he doesn't maintain control of it, how is that ruled a catch all the way through?

I know this was years ago, but I still can't believe that one TD they ruled incomplete on Calvin Johnson. But this got ruled a catch? ********.
