Apparently tyratoku thinks the game and its concepts are overdone, unoriginal, graphics are shaky at best, and the control scheme is so deluded even a 2-year old could play. But, thats him, not me. Haven't played it yet.

Halo 4 must be pretty bad if a fan as big as tyratoku thinks it's that bad.

I can't comment myself as I haven't played it.

I think I should just take his word for it and avoid playing it. I probably won't even rent it now. I'm really disappointed.

Good call. I was going to try pick it up, but it sounds like it's not even worth my time based on what tyratoku says.

Awesome.

Meanwhile, I had to switch EASHL teams, sorry. We didn't play (almost) at all and I had an offer from a team with some of my IRL mates in it.

That being said, I walked out of the team after a guy I know (we have a bit of a history) started accusing me of bs (long story and he was wrong) and I kind of low-blowed him. To be more accurate, I brought some of his skeletons from the closet up and closed the mic. He later messaged another friend of mine, telling that "Rainyday is off the team really quickly". Well, too late you punk, I left already.

A couple of other guys left in wake of that as well and we created a new team, stole their best D-man as he was tired of the bs, too. We now have four guys there and I know all of them IRL and we're more relaxed now.

That being said, as I can leave a team twice in 12 hours (right?), I can still play with HF Wild (if you want me to) during the nights. That, or I can just do what Pajicz did.

Nothing. I just remember you having two accounts in order to play for two separate teams, unless I'm much mistaken.

Now that we're only a day from release, how would you rank the CoD games that you've actually played up to this point? For me it's:

1. CoD4 (easily)
2. Black Ops
3. WaW
4. MW2 (before everyone started spamming nube tubes with sonic boom perk)
5. CoD3
6. MW3 (simply because it's an identical copy of MW2 with very little different about it)

1. Cod 1
2. Cod 2
3. Cod mw 2
4. Cod black ops

I kinda stopped playing for real after cod 2. They just aren't what they used to be.

I have never played CoD. And in fact if I ever do I'm probably only going to play the first two or so, before the series got turned into a yearly franchise that was more multiplayer based. I enjoy singleplayer games more than multiplayer games for the most part.

I like extremely long single player games.

This man speaks the truth.

I loved the first (or was it second?) CoD. In fact, we played it via LAN... in a cargo ship. After that, it's been quite ******. Had CoD 4, played it through, and never touched it since. I've tried MW2 with some friends who play it on split-screen but aside from that, never got into it.

I mostly play racing games and sports games (well, NHL 13) but I like the current trend of adventure games like Fallout (both 3 and New Vegas). Tempted to try the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series as well.

Oh, and Civilization V. Must not forget that. The Gods&Kings -expansion is awesome. Arsenal of Democracy is great as well (Hearts of Iron II mod).

Gonna start playing a game that I have had sitting around unused for literally 11 years: Unreal.

For me, MW2 was my favorite. Probably because I had not played any CoDs before that except WaW. I did not have Xbox Live for WaW so had not had a chance to get into it.

With that said, the first person shooters I liked the best are Day of Defeat and Counter Strike.

I am not a big fan of the spawning in CoD. I like to be slow, silent, and get behind the enemy. With this strategy, I get frustrated when people spawn right behind me and get free kills.

Just started a new Eastside Hockey Manager 07 game with newest rosters. Can't wait for the new sim because EHM has gotten too easy.
