i don't think anyone on the team would have a problem with it, and that's all that matters.
That team has a ******** of ex-NHLers.
I was watching a highlight video and like 10 names stood out to me. Tikhonov, Thoreson, Semenov, Prucha, Kalinin, Grebeshkov, F. Fedorov, Artyukhin, Afinogenov, and now Kovalchuk. Probably a couple guys that played a handful of games as well.

kovys clearly the most deserving, even of just that group, based on skill and past leadership alone...i doubt anyone has a problem with it.
now, parise getting an 'a'...hmmm thats a different story
Sweet but which team is Kovalchuk and Zharkov, it's in Russian lol.
Zharkov plays for the CSKA (4 letters), Kovy for the SKA (CKA in Russian; 3 letters). It`s pretty simple. lol

He did, but using him as a coach. haha
As for the "issue", it`s slowly coming along. Him and Zajac are a good pair.

Injuries are less frequent than in the NHL. Not saying it can`t happen, but it`s less likely.

At first I was like "I should counter with Oduya", but then I realized it`s a joke, and a good one.

Still better than listening to Cangi and Chico.

Anyways, Zharkov scored the first goal in this game, he's number 11. On this goal he was playing on a line with the two Radulovs.
No, I think this thread already kind of established itself as a KHL thread, no need to make more.
Oh, and he better plays with Radulovs rather than drinks with them.
EDIT: well, I hope he didn`t mean what we already know - that he got the C in SKA. But it sure sounds like Grossman will soon be found in the river Hudson. Lou mad.
I don't think he knows anything that we don't know yet.
I think it's just been assumed, and probably rightly so, that Kovy will get the C here.
Both Lou and Pete have said that naming a C is at the bottom of the list of priorities... and we're not even sure if there'll be a season yet at this point.
anyone else think kovy with short hair looks like a dark-haired version of the dad from boy meets world? or am i addicted to methamphetamines again?
We've been putting Boy Meets World on at work every morning... so I've been placing subtle Boy Meets World references in every day situations and seeing look alikes everywhere.
