National Geographic had a Dog Whisperer marathon a while back. Ever since then I've been hooked. That guy is a wizard.

Just finished the Halo: Reach campaign last night.

A little dissapointed in the ending, but besides that it was pretty damn good.

Don't know why I put the game down for a year.

I had God of War 3, it was pretty fun, but eventually I got sick of all the gore. I never finished it, and have no desire to return to the series.

I am excited for CoD Black Ops 2, though.

The only reason I bought a ps3 was for GoW3... I ended up beating it 3 times before selling it.

I'm stoked for ops2 too.

Just got to the first episode of season 5 of Breaking Bad.

Spoil:
Wow so much has happened.

I though Gustavo had survived the explosion when he walked out of the room. Damn that freaked me out.

I'm just waiting for Walt and Jesse to hug and say they love each other LOL.

God damn Ted is such a *****. He really should make Skyler appreciate Walt. And what the F is his problem. Hule and that red head guy showed ted their faces. They weren't going to kill him, but because he's a grade A moron he manages to hurt himself. I like the "I only told the cops I tripped." Well that is all that really happened you putz.

I love how Walt throws everything in Skyler's face by just saying "I forgive you." That was smart as hell, but really low.

I can't believe Walt posioned Brock.

I knew it was going to happen, but it broke my heart a little when Walt called his kid Jesse.

Spend Rememberance day watching Band of Brothers. Best mini series ever.

I went to watch Skyfall. One of my favorite bond movies. I wish they went more detailed on the villain. Great movie.

Watched the new SpiderMan last night.

I thought it was far better then the Toby Macguire version.

Carly Rae Jepsen sued by Ukrainian artist Aza over ‘Call Me Maybe’

Lyrics from:

Aza: "Call me, here is my number."
CRJ: "Here's my number, So call me, maybe?"

I see similarity in the lyrics & that is pretty huge when building a case. John Lennon was once sued by Chuck Berry for using "Here come old flattop, he come grooving up slowly" as it was similar to 'You Can't Catch Me' line of "Here come a flat-top, he was movin' up with me". Chuck Berry ended up winning & John Lennon had to record the album "Rock N Roll" to pay back Chuck Berry.

In your opinion. However this isn't about whose song sounds better. I see why Aza's side has a case.

Legally speaking, I don't think its a very reasonable claim from the Ukrainian. I'm not sure how frequent the actual phrase is, but "here's my number, give me a call" and variants thereof are extremely common in todays colloquial language. I admit I just read the tidbit so I will read the rest.

E: From what is given, the suing seems to be little more than a publicity stunt to try to kickstart her career based off a tenuous coincidence.

Nothing will match the old 90's Fox animated series but honestly I thought the action scenes were good, much more likable Peter Parker, better leading lady. You'll never be able to please everyone but I thought it was a lot better then the past ones & really ANYTHING would be better then where Spiderman 3 left off! Killing Venom off in less then 1 film......
