MMG has launched an English language version of their website. And in case anyone doesn't have this bookmarked, there is also an English language version of the KHL website.

It's been noted that select games will be airing in the US on ESPN3. For anyone not familiar with this, it's online only. It's been a while since I worked for the cable company, but IIRC as long as your cable provider offers ESPN you can sign up for free. That may have changed, so you'll need to check it out if your interested. No MMG games are scheduled at this time.

games from Magnitogorsk won't be broadcasted because of bad picture. May be just the road games of Metallurg.

Why does the 2nd best player in the world not have a hat trick yet?

Design-wise, that looks like a motorbike helmet. Do all players personalise their helmets like that?

Just a heads up if anyone is up early/awake late, on a Saturday(in NA).
Geno plays @ 14:00MoscowTime/6amET vs the other Metallurg team in the league.

One of the richest teams plays against the most poor team of KHL.
Novokuznetzk had to sell all his talented young players such as goalie Bobrovsky, Maxim Kizyn, because they had nothing to pay to other players.
They can not sign Orlov, he plays in AHL, Hershey

You'd think after this many games, I'd be used to it, but it's still weird seeing Malkin on the PK. He's gotten better at it though. Guy is snakebitten, maybe a shorty will open the floodgates.

This crowd is nuts and it looks like a small barn.
The refs over there, from what i've seen, call everything right down the middle and make great non-calls.

ETA:
I may have spoke too soon.
I just caught the tail end of that last penalty call and the ref pointed to his head while making the call? WTH?

I briefly seen the hit as well. Anyone know what that call was for?
