Absolutely not. Khudobin is a great back up and team player. He has a great rapport with Tuukka and the guys are confident when they play in front of him. He is the quintessential backup goalie with enough talent to be a starter on another team.

I like Khudobin and all...but this schedule is going to get horrendous quickly and I would like to have a shot at winning the conference.
Should we go out and acquire a veteran backup to help us win 15 games? Rask is going to need the rest.
Wait, are you expecting the back-up to win 15 games on his own? I read somewhere on these boards that Chiarelli is looking for roughly a 30/18 game split between Rask & the back-up ... if a goalie is capable of picking up 15 wins in 18 games, he most likely isn't going to be a back-up, but a starter somewhere else.
