Yeah probably but they rarely do it. Sandström is with the U17 team though.

Swe lost 2-3 in last game. But it's easy to see why. Sweden took 9 minors(5 of them in 3rd period), Finland took 4.

I watched the stream from 2nd SWE-FIN game that was played in Helsingborg. The stream started a bit late, so I missed the first 10 minutes, but it seemed that Finland was capable of controlling the puck more than Sweden. If the conditions were similar tonight, it might explain the distribution of penalty minutes to some extent.
