Oh, absolutely not, I hate that about those situations. Those convicted come out apologetic, and are usually forgiven by many. But if it wasn't for them getting caught, they would continue to do whatever it was they got in trouble for. Plus, he had to do those PSAs if he wanted any chance of returning to the NFL.

I am in no way forgiving him for what he did. Was just commenting on how we live in a country of second chances, and that is why he is in the NFL again.

absolutely nothing if its the workers fault.

What concerns me is that in a one on one after work meeting, I was pretty much told that they were overstaffed - however, most of the people were hired about a month or so ago. Some of the night crew will be moving to day shift (which makes the day shift crowded), and with me moving to another section (which is great, moving from product engineering to qa) leads me to believe that changes will happen kinda soon. The last place I worked for had a load of shifting people around which lead to eventual layoffs for my whole team and myself (which I had worked with for all of three weeks) so im a bit cautious on this whole thing.

four people already moved to another department within their first two weeks.

That said, if I move to qa ill probably make a higher salary (but im not sure) which is awesome.

Anyone else excited for Kendrick Lamar's new album? Hopefully there is a hip-hop community in this board.

Never got into Kendrick. He's really smooth so I figured I'd enjoy him (i'm big into stuff like Tribe and Digable Planets and Blackstar and other more laid back acts) but I couldn't get into him.

I'm waiting for the new Deltron 3030 album. I think it's finally coming out in November.

Some of his stuff is very slick (A.D.H.D/ Hol' Up). Extremely unique to me.

Can't say I'm very familiar with Deltron 3030.

Del The Funky Homosapien and Kid Koala, produced by Dan the Automator. Their first album came out TWELVE (****, didn't even realize it was that long) years ago.

Really sick stuff. Their first album was a concept album and i'm pretty sure Event 2 is the same. I've been waiting for this for like 6 years now.

Definitely going to check them out. Got any song suggestions? I'd probably refrain from posting youtube links unless they are the rare group that doesn't drop swears.

Gotta listen to the whole album to really appreciate it, but my favorite 3 tracks off the album are 3030, Madness and Mastermind.

Everyone needs to do themselves a favor and go outside, light a cigarette, and play I Used To Love H.E.R by Common.

Now that is how to chill.
