Not crazy about Wiz and I'm an anti-fan of Mac Miller.

Not the biggest Pink Floyd fan. If I'm going back a few decades, I got some Johnny Cash and Muddy Waters at hand.

Whoa. I thought we had a musical bond over our enjoyment of rap but you just jumped off a cliff here, buddy.

Johnny Cash is great though.

I don't really listen to rap. If I do, I listen to Biggie, Beastie Boys, Eminem, Lil Wayne, and D12. That's about it. I honestly just listen to it when I hang with my friends because they won't listen to Pink Floyd and most of what I listen to.

Diet is 80% of body composition. You CANNOT out exercise a poor diet.

I suggest taking a serious look at what you are eating. The best and easiest advice I can give you is this:

If it didn't exist 1,000 years ago then don't eat it.

If you want some more in depth information PM me.

How do you think I lost 50 pounds??? I am watching what I'm eating. I'm eating a bunch of oatmeal, yogurts, whole wheat, and turkey. I'm eating very healthy and I drink a lot of water. I've been maintaining my weight, but this fat doesn't go away. Haven't had anything baked in about 4 months, with the rare exception of treating myself to some chicken parmigiana. During the school week, I'm very strict, and on the weekends, I'm still strict, but have a little more leniency, but not bad leniency at all. I guess the answer is the word that we all dread...

Cardio

Because Mac Miller's poor rhyming combined with his monotone voice irritates me. You're talking to a guy who listens to the Wu Tang Clan, Onyx, Mos Def, Beastie Boys, and Nas. I don't think my opinion will sway too much. His beats are pretty good though.

Yes. If you truly want to get the least amount of body fat you are genetically able to, and especially lose the stubborn fat in your core areas, you need to do a lot of cardio.

Listen to them more then.

Seriously - just listen to The Wall in succession 3 or 4 times, and if you're not hooked, give up.

Johnny Cash is the quintessential badass of music. Also, "Wish You Were Here" is one of the greatest songs I have ever heard.

At least he sounds like he puts more effort into his music than Wiz. Wiz just talks over a track and sells it.

Yeah, it's a great song. Probably not in my top-10 of Floyd songs, though. I think Hey You is their best, and THE best song...ever.

Cardio
1- You have hit a wall.

2- You're assuming that what you are eating is healthy and not part of the problem.

3- You're "guessing" the answer is more cardio. It isn't. I've taught PE for ten years, more cardio will not give you the results you are looking for.

If you want legit advice you know where to find me.

KU, cut down on red meats like you've never done before. Red meats is like the soda of meats. For people that drink two sodas a day, for them to simply cut out the soda consumption there be a significant reduction in calories consumed and improvement in health and weight (kalhman, 2011). in terms of overall health and build and tone and fat and all the other stuff beyond just weight, redmeat is the thing to cut out especially beef. Eat more vegetables, chicken, fish and seafoods.
